The Kroger Feedback Survey (or Customer Satisfaction Survey) is Kroger’s official way to collect feedback from shoppers about their in-store experience—from cleanliness and product availability to staff interactions and checkout speed. It takes about 5–10 minutes to complete. 

To take the survey, customers need a recent receipt from Kroger, which contains an Entry ID. They can visit the official site at https://kroger-feedback.page/, enter the required information, and answer a short set of questions about their visit.

How the Process Works

1. Make a Purchase & Keep Your Receipt

   • After shopping at Kroger or an affiliate, save your receipt. It includes the Entry ID, purchase date, time, and the Entry code near the bottom.

2. Start the Survey Within 7 Days

   • Visit the official site at https://kroger-survey.com/ (or krogerfeedback.com) within 7 days of your purchase .

   • If your receipt has no Entry ID, you can use the store phone number instead.

3. Enter Receipt Details

   • Provide the date, time, Entry ID/store phone number, and—if you're collecting rewards—your Kroger Plus Card number to ensure points are credited.

4. Answer Survey Questions

   • Questions cover staff, store environment, product options, checkout, overall satisfaction, and more.

   • Surveys support both English and Spanish.

5. Complete & Submit

   • Upon submission, you’ll receive a validation code on-screen (and by email if provided) to redeem your reward .

6. Redeem Rewards

   • Most customers earn 50 Fuel Points, added to their loyalty account for fuel discounts (10¢–20¢/gal depending on points redeemable).

   • Some versions also include sweepstakes entries for gift cards—though many users report that sweepstakes rewards have largely been discontinued.

7. Fuel Points Expire Quickly

   • Fuel Points expire at the end of the month following the one in which they were earned .

Eligibility & Rules

1. Must be 18+, legal U.S. resident (excluding certain states).

2. Only one survey per receipt, one redemption per week .

3. Points may take up to 48 hours to post; some users report quicker postings, while others suggest delays.
